A Parkwalk is great fun in a stimulating and refreshing stroll in the company of other children and adults. Enjoy the outdoors with some music and movement. Singing is not compulsory but it is contagious!! Walking is none too vigorous but enlivening.  It may even help some get to sleep! Children and adults!

Please check our schedule and check in advance in case of poor weather. Though a little rain is not a deterrent for many! Just bring your waterproofs and wellies for some dancing and singing in the rain.

Prams and pushchairs are of course welcome.
